Produced by historic Tenute Sella, it captures a fresher, more delicate expression of this noble grape, with bright fruit, crisp structure and subtle alpine finesse.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNebbiolo grapes are harvested by hand before being crushed and de-stemmed. A short six-hour maceration in the press allows gentle colour and flavour extraction, followed by soft pressing and cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 18°C using selected yeasts. The wine is then matured for six months in stainless steel, with three months spent on the lees to build texture and complexity.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePale salmon pink in the glass, with aromas of wild strawberry, redcurrant and rose petals, alongside a subtle herbal lift.
