Artisan Craftsmanship

A blend of Pinot Noir, Regent, and Solaris grapes, this rosé is hand-harvested and expertly fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve its bright, fresh flavours.

Set amidst the rolling Mendip Hills, Aldwick Estate is Somerset’s largest vineyard, spanning 11 picturesque acres between Bristol and Bath. Established in 2008, the family-run estate grows six grape varieties, which are hand-tended throughout the year by a small on-site team. Each September and October, the grapes are carefully hand-picked and pressed by winemaker Steve Brooksbank to craft an award-winning range of still and sparkling wines.
