How do I book, and when do I pay?

Booking is online — choose your event, select the number of places and check out. Full payment is taken at the time of booking to secure your spot.

What happens if I can't attend?

If you cancel 14 or more days before the tasting, we'll happily move you to another date. If you cancel within 14 days, you're welcome to pass your tickets to friends or family, or we'll try to fill your places and move you to another tasting if we can — but if we're unable to fill them, we're not able to offer a refund.

Can I give my tickets to someone else?

Yes — tickets are transferable. If you can't make it, friends or family are very welcome to come in your place.

Will there be photos taken at the event?

We sometimes take photos and videos at our events for promotional use. If you'd prefer not to appear in any, just let us know before the event and we'll make sure of it.

Where are the tastings held?

Most of our tastings are held at the shop — 21 Woodborough Road, Winscombe, BS25 1AB. Occasionally an event is held elsewhere; where that's the case, the venue is shown in the event's own details, so do check there when you book.
