Order processing times
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak times like Christmas and Easter, order processing can take up to 3 business days.
Delivery times
For single bottle orders are standard delivery time is 2-4 business days or you can choose express delivery of 1-3 business days. For 2+ bottle orders are delivery time is 1-3 business days. In most cases, you’ll get your order much sooner, sometimes next day.
If there’s a delay with your order, we’ll get in touch as soon as possible to keep you updated. If you need your order sooner, please send us a message or give us a call on 01934 708312, and we’ll be happy to advise on the quickest delivery option.

Our Packaging Promise 🛡️
We understand that sending glass bottles through the post can feel a bit nerve-racking — but rest assured, we’ve got it covered (literally). Every bottle we send is carefully packed using specialist wine packaging designed specifically for safe transit. Not only is it robust enough to protect your order, it’s also eco-friendly, so it’s kinder to the planet too.
On the rare occasion something does go wrong, don’t worry — breakages are fully covered. Just get in touch with us and we’ll put things right quickly and without fuss.

Local pickup
We offer free pickup at our retail location in Winscombe, Somerset. At checkout, select the pickup option and make your purchase. After you receive your order confirmation, you will receive a second email stating that we are preparing your order. Pickup orders are generally ready for pickup within 4 hours. If you have placed your order after business hours or within 4 hours of the location's closing, your order will be prepared the following day.
When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email stating that you may visit our retail location with the business address and hours. Please bring your order confirmation email when you collect.
Returns, exchanges, cancellations
Full refunds and exchanges are offered for regular priced merchandise within 365 days of purchase from retail locations, or within 365 days that tracking indicates an order has been delivered. Refunds will be returned using the original payment method used to make the purchase. For all returns or exchanges:
- Items must not be opened, used or damaged.
- All original tags must be attached and in a resealable condition.
- You must present a valid receipt.
Sale and discount items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If you would like to cancel or change your order, please get in touch with us directly at hello@vinoshop.co.uk or 01934 708 312 so we can make these changes immediately. If your order is dispatched and the changes have not been made, please return the items for a full refund. You are responsible for paying your shipping costs.
We provide tracking information on all of our orders. If your order does not arrive by the estimated due date, please wait 48 hours before contacting us at hello@vinoshop.co.uk or 01934 708 312. We will do our best to locate the package and extend your timeframe for refunds and exchanges. Should your order arrive damaged, please take photos and send them to us at hello@vinoshop.co.uk. We will send you a return label to ship the items back to us and will send you a new order with brand new products once we receive the returned items.
Should your order be identified as lost with the shipping partner, please wait 48 hours, we will then despatch a new order.
