Order by 1pm, Monday to Friday, and we'll usually send your wine the same day. Most orders arrive within 1 to 3 working days, often the very next day. Weekend orders are usually sent on Monday or Tuesday.

Every order is tracked, and we'll email you as soon as it's on its way. At our busiest times, such as Christmas and Easter, please allow an extra day.

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales, including British Forces addresses. We can't currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.

Free local delivery over £79 or from just £4.99

Orders of £79 or more delivered within 10 miles of the shop are free. Orders under £79 cost £4.99. Usually delivered in 1 to 3 working days.

Christmas

We publish our last order dates for Christmas delivery on the website each year. Please check them before ordering.

Age check

We only sell alcohol to adults aged 18 and over. Our delivery partners may ask for proof of age, and may not leave a parcel containing alcohol with anyone under 18.

Sending wine as a gift

We never include prices or an invoice in the parcel, only a packing slip without prices. Add a free gift message on any product page and we'll print it on a postcard. Enter the recipient's name and address as the delivery address at checkout.

Our packaging promise

Every bottle is packed in specialist, eco-friendly wine packaging designed for safe transit. If anything does arrive broken, it's fully covered: email a photo to hello@vinoshop.co.uk within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send broken bottles back.

Tracking and late parcels

If your order hasn't arrived by the estimated date, please wait 48 hours and then contact us at hello@vinoshop.co.uk or 01934 708 312. We'll find out what has happened and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement. Please raise any claim for non-delivery or damage within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address that you supplied, or accept claims for non-delivery once the carrier has confirmed delivery to the address given.

Collection from the shop

Free click and collect from our shop in Winscombe. Choose pickup at checkout. Orders are usually ready within 4 hours; orders placed out of hours, or within 4 hours of closing, are ready the next day. We'll email you when it's ready. Please bring your order confirmation email.

Changing or cancelling an order

Get in touch straight away at hello@vinoshop.co.uk or 01934 708 312 and we'll make the change if your order hasn't been sent. If it has already been sent, you can return it under our refund policy.
