This coastal site benefits from cooler temperatures, producing naturally balanced, concentrated berries. Under the guidance of Waterkloof’s talented young Cellarmaster, Nadia Barnard, the grapes are hand-harvested, fermented spontaneously with wild yeast, and aged in large French oak foudre. This natural approach results in a wine that is more ‘Pino’ than ‘Tage’—showcasing elegance alongside depth. Sustainably farmed, hand-picked, and naturally crafted, this is Pinotage with a real sense of place.
