Artisan Craftsmanship

Produced from hand-selected Pinot Grigio grapes grown on hillside vineyards in Northern Italy, this wine captures the essence of its cool-climate origins. The grapes were hand-harvested during the first two weeks of September, then gently crushed and pressed. After settling and clarifying, the juice underwent cool fermentation at 16–18°C in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.

To enhance its texture and complexity, the wine aged for 3 to 6 months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks before bottling. This meticulous process ensures a bright, fresh, and delicate wine that embodies the care taken at every step.
