Tasting notes

This Barolo opens with aromas of dried cherry, rose petals and a touch of tar. On the palate, it's full-bodied with flavours of sour cherry, black tea, leather and a hint of balsamic. Firm tannins and vibrant acidity give it real staying power, leading to a dry, lingering finish.

Perfect serve

Decant for at least an hour before serving to allow the Nebbiolo grape to fully open up. Enjoy with hearty dishes – think beef shin ragu, mushroom risotto, or aged cheeses like Parmigiano Reggiano.

Artisan craftsmanship

Hailing from the Piedmont region in north-west Italy, this DOCG Barolo is made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes grown on hillside vineyards. Aged for a minimum of three years, including at least two in oak, this is traditional Barolo through and through – structured, age-worthy and undeniably characterful.
