Tasting Notes

Aromas of spiced plum, black cherry and wild thyme drift from the glass, with hints of liquorice and a gentle earthiness. The palate is plush yet structured, showing layers of stewed rhubarb, red berry compote and fine-grained tannins that glide into a smooth, persistent finish.

Artisan Craftsmanship

Hand-harvested fruit from the Gibbston valley undergoes partial whole-cluster fermentation to add aromatic lift and structure. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for around 11 months, resulting in a balanced, nuanced Pinot that speaks clearly of its cool southern origin.
