A honeyed, floral, and spicy nose teases the senses with hints of ginger and stone fruit. On the palate, ripe, sun-dried citrus mingles with savoury undertones and a creamy texture. Fresh, balanced acidity keeps it lively, while a subtle bitter lemon twist leaves a satisfying finish.

Perfect Serve

Particularly delightful with scallops or salmon steaks dressed with tarragon. Serve chilled at 8–10°C to complement the wine’s vibrant character and creamy texture.

Artisan Craftsmanship

The Grillo grapes for this wine were handpicked from vineyards in Sicily's coastal zones, including Petrosino, Trapani, and Mazara del Vallo. Growing in chalky soils with sandy patches at altitudes between 10–50m, the vines, aged 20–25 years, yielded 12–13 tons per hectare. Harvested between late August and mid-September, the grapes underwent a 30-day, temperature-controlled fermentation. No oak was used, preserving the wine’s pure, fresh profile.
