Golden straw in colour, this Cérons opens with vibrant aromas of honeyed apricot, orange peel, and hints of toasted almonds. The palate is smooth and layered, offering flavours of candied citrus, ripe mango, and subtle spice. There’s a refreshing lift of acidity that keeps everything in harmony and leads to a silky, lingering finish.

Perfect serve

A dream pairing with tarte tatin, crème brûlée or blue cheeses like Roquefort. Also excellent with pâté or as a luxurious aperitif. Serve chilled to highlight its freshness and aromatics.

Artisan craftsmanship

Located in the heart of the Cérons appellation within Graves, the château produces its sweet wines using hand-harvested grapes affected by noble rot. A blend of Sémillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle is carefully aged in oak barrels to develop depth and complexity, while retaining its bright, citrusy character.
