Artisan Craftsmanship

This masterful blend of Aragonez, Touriga Nacional, and Syrah is sourced from 12-year-old vineyards planted on granitic and schist soils in Portugal's Alentejo region. Each grape variety is harvested separately, then de-stemmed, crushed, and fermented in stainless steel tanks, preserving the purity of the fruit. The wine undergoes natural malolactic fermentation in stainless steel, enhancing its smooth and balanced profile.
