Oatley Barrel Matured
Floral aromas with ripe peach, mango and a touch of oak on the palate. Oatley Jane's that has been matured for 12 months in Fraîcheur barrels, which are a special mix of oak and acacia wood. It gains complexity and is all together a more serious wine.
A touch of tannin on the finish makes this a good food wine, especially with white meats and goats cheeses.
The barrels are aging so this vintage has less acacia lemon than previous, and the subtle oak is delicious.
