Artisan Craftsmanship

The grapes for The Dreamer are harvested early to preserve high acidity and lower alcohol, creating a fresh, balanced profile. Fermented at 14-16°C to enhance aromatic potential, fermentation is carefully stopped to maintain 7g/L residual sugar. Originating from the Rhône's Viognier tradition, this wine captures the variety’s unique dry, powerful, and spicy nature while offering a playful, modern twist.
