A whiff of sunbaked stone and a honeyed whisper… this South African Chenin Blanc is sunshine in a glass. It comes from cool vineyards where the grapes ripen slowly to build complexity. Made with minimal fuss in the winery, it relies on the inherent quality of the Chenin Blanc grapes to shine. The result is a weighty and viscous wine with intense flavours of stone and tropical fruits, ripe orange, touches of sweet spice, and a long, honeyed finish. Balanced acidity gives the wine precision and a satisfyingly clean close.

Perfect Serve

Serve chilled at around 10-12°C. This versatile white pairs beautifully with creamy chicken dishes, a simply grilled piece of fish, or a tangy goat’s cheese salad.

Artisan Craftsmanship

Post House Wines hail from a picturesque estate nestled between Somerset West and Stellenbosch—one of South Africa’s premier winemaking regions. With breathtaking views of False Bay, the vineyards benefit from cooling coastal breezes, allowing the grapes to develop rich, expressive flavours. Winemaker Nick Gebers, inspired by the estate’s ‘postal’ past, launched his first vintage after a formative stint in Burgundy. Since then, Post House has earned a reputation for carefully planted vineyards, thoughtfully matched to individual grape varieties, making them a standout name in Stellenbosch.
