The estate’s 15-hectare vineyard, with vines averaging 40 years old, is planted on clay-limestone, siliceous gravel, and clay soils, with an eastern exposure for optimal sunlight. The vineyard is meticulously managed, respecting the land and its ecosystem.

Vinification & Ageing

The wine is fermented in a mix of wooden and stainless steel tanks, then aged for 3 months in French oak barrels (60% new). This process adds complexity and richness to the final wine.
