A Taste of Somerset Sunshine
This dry rosé is packed with vibrant summer fruits and flavours, with juicy notes of ripe strawberries, raspberries, and a delightful hint of peach on the finish. A racy acidity is beautifully balanced with a smooth, long finish, making it a refreshing choice for any bright summer's day.
A blend of Pinot Noir, Regent, and Solaris grapes, this rosé is hand-harvested and expertly fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve its bright, fresh flavours. Set amidst the rolling Mendip Hills, Aldwick Estate is Somerset's largest vineyard, spanning 11 picturesque acres between Bristol and Bath. Established in 2008, the family-run estate hand-tends its vines throughout the year, each harvest carefully managed by winemaker Steve Brooksbank.
Serve chilled at 8–10°C. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with light dishes like grilled seafood, fresh salads, or a summer berry tart.
