Kelli co-founded The Wine Shop in 2009 with a simple idea: that great wine should be approachable, not intimidating. She leads the business, chooses the wines, and has looked after the shop for fifteen years. If you've been in and had a recommendation you liked, it was probably hers.

Operations & Online Sales
Matthew Coxhead
Matthew handles the operational side of the business — warehouse logistics, fulfilment, and the online shop. He looks after the processes that keep things running behind the scenes: orders going out on time, the website working, the day-to-day that's easy to overlook when it's going well.

Diana
Diana spent her first career as a solicitor before a set of evening wine classes changed the direction of things entirely. She ended up with a WSET Level 4 Diploma and a scholarship to study Armagnac in France — which says a lot about where her enthusiasms lie. She looks after the shop, hosts our tastings and events, and has a particular soft spot for palo cortado sherry and anything from Gascony.

Warehouse & Fulfilment
Beth
Beth joined The Wine Shop after more than eight years in supply chain and operations. She runs the warehouse end of things — picking, packing and dispatching orders, and keeping fulfilment on track however busy it gets. Outside work she's always chasing great coffee, baking, and getting outdoors when she can.
