- Finca Clasica Malbec & Shiraz, Mendoza, Argentina: dark plum and cracked pepper, made for steak.
- Rio Roca Merlot, Central Valley, Chile: smooth ripe plum with a soft cocoa note.
- Tinamou Carmenere, Central Valley, Chile: dark cherry with a gentle green-pepper spice.
- Liso Veinte Tempranillo, Navarra, Spain: red cherry and vanilla-spiced oak, lovely with lamb.
- Cortestrada Sangiovese, Emilia-Romagna, Italy: juicy sour cherry with a rustic, herbal edge.
- La Famille Lacasse Cabernet Sauvignon, Languedoc, France: blackcurrant with a soft herbal note.

A well judged, balanced selection of wines. Each different enough to justify a place in the case and diverse enough to be versatile for any situation, from sunshine glugging to good with food.
The wines themselves are all good quality and offer more than you would expect from a supermarket at the money (or many wine clubs for that matter).
This is exactly what a quality independent wine shop is about: well selected, high quality and great value wines.
