Artisan Craftsmanship:

This blend is sourced from 100% old bush vines grown in Swartland’s sandy, granitic soils, where powerful Southern sunshine ensures optimal ripeness. The vineyards are dry-farmed, with no irrigation and minimal intervention, as the naturally low-yielding vines produce grapes of exceptional concentration. Harvested by hand, the wine is made using only free-run juice, with a portion undergoing natural fermentation and a small percentage aged in old barrels. Extended lees contact adds weight and texture, resulting in a wine with both vibrancy and depth.
