About this wine

Saraja Kintari Vermentino di Gallura Superiore DOCG captures the bright, coastal spirit of northern Sardinia. Crafted from Vermentino grapes grown on granite-rich soils, this wine reveals fragrant aromas of citrus blossom, peach and Mediterranean herbs. The palate is fresh and textured, with ripe fruit balanced by a saline minerality and long, elegant finish.

A superb choice for seafood, grilled vegetables or simply enjoyed al fresco, this is Sardinian Vermentino at its finest, vibrant yet refined.

About the producer

Cantina di Santadi is a co-operative winery in south-west Sardinia regarded as one of the island's most important wine producers. Their Carignano del Sulcis 'Terre Brune' is regularly cited as one of Italy's great red wines. Guided for decades by Giacomo Tachis — legendary consultant behind Sassicaia and Tignanello — the cantina has elevated Carignano (Carignan) to remarkable heights.
