The BS40 is a beautifully balanced white wine with ripe tropical fruit on the nose, offering aromas of pineapple and passionfruit. The palate delivers great structure and substance, showcasing subtle citrus undertones and a smooth, lingering finish. Versatile and approachable, it’s as perfect for pairing with food as it is for enjoying on its own.

Perfect Serve

Serve chilled at 8–10°C. Enjoy with fresh seafood, creamy pasta dishes, or a light goat’s cheese salad—or savour a glass on its own before dinner.

Artisan Craftsmanship

Crafted from a selected blend of Seyval Blanc and Madeleine Angevine grapes, the BS40 reflects the rich clay soils and ideal growing conditions at the foot of the Mendip Hills.

Set amidst the rolling Mendip Hills, Aldwick Estate is Somerset’s largest vineyard, spanning 11 picturesque acres between Bristol and Bath. Established in 2008, this family-run vineyard grows six grape varieties, which are hand-tended throughout the year by a small on-site team. Each September and October, the grapes are carefully hand-picked and pressed by winemaker Steve Brooksbank, producing a range of award-winning still and sparkling wines.
