De Wetshof Estate Bon Vallon Chardonnay is a beautifully poised expression of Chardonnay from one of South Africa's most respected family estates. Crafted with extended lees ageing, this sur lie Chardonnay combines purity of fruit with subtle texture, creating a wine of both freshness and depth.

Bright aromas of lemon zest, white peach and ripe citrus unfold alongside delicate notes of toasted almond, gentle creaminess and a fine mineral edge. The palate is vibrant yet beautifully rounded, with impressive balance, complexity and a long, elegant finish. A superb partner for seafood, roast chicken, creamy pasta dishes or fine soft cheeses.

De Wetshof Estate in the Robertson Valley is one of South Africa's pioneering wine estates, with the de Wet family farming this land since the 18th century. Danie de Wet was a champion of Chardonnay in South Africa long before it became fashionable, establishing the estate as the country's foremost Chardonnay specialist. Today the estate produces a range of meticulously crafted wines that reflect Robertson Valley's unique limestone-rich soils and warm continental climate.
