Château Le Tuquet Graves Rouge is a beautifully crafted Bordeaux red from one of the appellation's most reliable family estates. The 2023 vintage shows a deep ruby colour with an inviting nose of ripe red fruits, blackcurrant and plum, underpinned by subtle notes of cedar, leather and dark chocolate. On the palate it is elegant and medium-bodied, with velvety tannins, a fresh backbone of acidity and a smooth, persistent finish.
The estate practises sustainable viticulture in the gravelly soils south of Bordeaux city, producing wines that consistently offer excellent value for the Graves appellation. Certified vegan and vegetarian, this is a versatile red that pairs beautifully with roast lamb, grilled pork or a classic steak dinner; equally at home at a relaxed weeknight table as it is on a more celebratory occasion.
