About the producer

Cut is a British rum house built on Caribbean stock — Trinidadian and Jamaican rums distilled in Forsyths copper pot stills and aged in ex-bourbon barrels. Its spiced expressions draw on aniseed, nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon, coriander seed and vanilla rather than flavourings, and the overproof bottling turns the volume up for cocktails. The range also includes Britain's first smoked rum.
