This case of 12 Fleurs de Prairie Côtes de Provence rosé 187ml bottles is a neat way to stock up for picnics, parties and events. The colour is a delicate rose petal, with an intense nose of bush peach, berries and citrus, and the palate is dry, rich and rounded with white-fleshed fruit leading to a finish of pink grapefruit. Made from Cabernet Franc, it comes under screwcap at 12.5%.
Each bottle is a single generous glass, so there is no corkscrew to find and no half-finished bottle to keep. Serve well chilled with grilled chicken, a plate of charcuterie or a summer pizza.
