This wine, described by its makers as a "mixtape," brings together the best of Pamid, Rubin, and Mavrud. The nose is vibrant, showcasing fresh berry fruit aromas of raspberries, strawberries, and cherries, alongside subtle herbal nuances and a touch of spice. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied, with beautifully integrated ripe tannins and a crisp acidity that balances the ripe fruit flavours. The wine undergoes spontaneous barrel fermentation, allowing the flavours to evolve naturally, and is aged for 8 months in barrels to create a beautifully balanced, complex profile.
