Grace O'Malley Irish Whiskey is a bold yet beautifully balanced blend, paying tribute to the legendary 16th-century Irish pirate queen. Combining multiple batches of malt and grain whiskeys aged between three and ten years in bourbon, French oak, and rum casks, it delivers remarkable depth and complexity — caramelised pear, vanilla, and toasted oak on the nose, leading to a rich, warming palate of honeyed malt, dried fruit, and a whisper of spice. The finish is long and silky, with hints of dark chocolate and a gentle maritime influence.
A whiskey as bold and captivating as its namesake, it's best enjoyed neat to appreciate its complexity, or over ice for a smoother sip. It also makes an excellent base for an Old Fashioned with an Irish twist — add a dash of bitters and a touch of honey.
