Growers Touch Durif is sourced from the Isidoro Guglielmino vineyard in the Riverina appellation of New South Wales, where this grower has worked with Mino & Co for over 15 years. Bold and intense, it offers bright crimson colour with aromas of mulberry, dark cherry, and blackberry. The rich and powerful palate delivers a complex mix of black and blue fruits, complemented by hints of coconut and vanilla, with smooth, fine-grained tannins providing a satisfying and long-lasting finish.
Ideal for pairing with steak, slow-cooked lamb, or barbecue cuisine, and pairs beautifully with aged cheeses like Gruyère or cheddar.
