Paiarrop Fig Almond Cake

Paiarrop's fig and almond cake, pan de higo, is an old Valencian classic: sun-dried figs pressed with toasted Marcona almonds into a dense, fudgy round. No added sugar and no shortcuts, simply concentrated fig sweetness with a marzipan-like almond richness.

Slice it thin alongside Manchego, blue cheese or a glass of Pedro Ximénez and it turns a cheeseboard into an occasion. Allergens: almonds; may contain shell. Net weight: 225g.
