Tasting Notes

Crafted from 50-year-old Carignan vines grown on red chalky soils in the village of Cruzy, just north of Béziers, this wine is a true reflection of its terroir. An alluring nose of sweet ripe strawberries and dark cherries matches the deep ruby hue. On the palate, it is supple and smooth, with ripe fruit flavours, a touch of complexity from five months of barrel ageing, and very light tannins for a polished finish.

Perfect Serve

Serve at 16–18°C and let its bold yet balanced character shine. Ideal with grilled meats, steak, casseroles, game dishes, or a selection of ripe cheeses.
