Why we chose it“Old-vine Carignan from the Languedoc — rustic, earthy, dark and full of personality. Not polished, but genuinely characterful.”
Kelli - Wine Buyer
About this wine
Crafted from 50-year-old Carignan vines rooted in red chalky soils around the village of Cruzy, north of Béziers, this wine is a true reflection of its terroir. The alluring nose of sweet ripe strawberries and dark cherries mirrors its deep ruby hue, while gentle barrel ageing adds a soft touch of spice.
Supple and smooth on the palate, it delivers ripe fruit, delicate complexity, and beautifully light tannins for a polished, harmonious finish. A graceful example of southern French winemaking at its best: elegant, expressive, and full of charm.
