Blended from 94% Sauvignon Blanc and 6% Pinot Noir, this rosé accentuates pure aromatics, showcasing the best of both varietals.

Artisan Craftsmanship

Crafted from Sauvignon Blanc grapes sourced from a single vineyard site on the banks of the Awatere River, the grapes were harvested in the early hours of the morning to retain their crisp varietal character. The Pinot Noir grapes were hand-picked and hand-sorted before being very gently pressed. The resulting wines were blended to create a beautifully balanced rosé that showcases the vibrant fruit profile and refreshing acidity.
