Crafted in Mád by the boutique Tokaji Classic Winery, founded by Hungarian winemaker Gábor Osváth and Spanish partner Héctor Álvarez, this wine reflects both tradition and precision. The Essencia style is produced from hand-selected, heavily botrytised berries so laden with natural sweetness that the free-run juice drips slowly under its own weight. Fermentation can take years, resulting in an elixir of extraordinary depth and longevity. Matured gently in local oak within their historic cellars, this 2006 bottling offers a truly rare experience for collectors and dessert-wine lovers alike.
