Tasting notes

Pale gold in the glass with delicate aromas of chamomile, green olive, almond and a coastal breeze. On the palate, it’s crisp and tangy with flavours of citrus peel, green apple and salted nuts, finishing dry with a clean, mouth-watering snap.

Perfect serve

Serve well chilled in a white wine glass. A natural partner for tapas – think marcona almonds, anchovies, boquerones, jamón and manchego. Also a superb match for oysters and sushi.
