About this wine
Barbadillo Manzanilla is a benchmark dry sherry, aged under flor in the seaside town of Sanlúcar de Barrameda. The ocean air imparts its signature briny freshness, while the solera ageing adds delicate nutty and yeasty complexity. Expect aromas of green olives, chamomile and sea breeze, leading to a clean, savoury finish that's refreshingly moreish. Serve well chilled as an aperitif or alongside seafood, tapas and salty snacks.
