Why we chose it“Sancerre Rosé is one of France’s best-kept secrets — Pinot Noir grown on the Loire, made into pale, bone-dry rosé. More interesting than Provence and a brilliant match for fish.”

About this wine
The Sancerre Rosé, AC, Domaine de la Perrière is a beautifully poised expression of Pinot Noir grown on the chalky limestone slopes of the Loire Valley. Delicately pale in colour, it offers aromas of wild strawberries, red cherry and subtle floral notes, all carried by the region's hallmark freshness.
On the palate, this is dry, crisp and quietly complex, with gentle red fruit flavours, bright acidity and a clean, mineral finish. Elegant rather than overt, it is an excellent choice as an aperitif, with light salads, seafood, or summer dining where finesse matters.
