Why we chose it

“Passimento means the grapes are partially dried before fermentation — the result is a richer, more textured white with real depth. A step up from standard Pinot Grigio.”

About this wine

Rich & Aromatic

Famiglia Pasqua Passimento Bianco is a distinctive Italian white made using partially dried grapes, a technique that adds depth and intensity. Expect layers of ripe peach, apricot, and tropical fruit, with floral hints and a rounded, velvety palate that lingers beautifully.

Produced in Veneto by the renowned Pasqua family, this wine reflects both innovation and tradition. Its richness and complexity make it a superb partner for creamy pasta, roast poultry, or soft cheeses, while still offering enough freshness to enjoy on its own.

About the producer

Founded in Verona in 1925, Pasqua Vigneti e Cantine is one of Italy’s most celebrated family-owned wineries. Four generations of the Pasqua family have shaped a distinctive Veneto style — expressive, fruit-forward wines rooted in the region’s great appellations: Amarone, Valpolicella and Soave. Today the estate spans 250 hectares and exports to over 60 countries, with a growing reputation for innovative rosé and natural wine projects.
