Why we chose it

“Dried grape wine from the Veneto — rich, concentrated, with a velvety texture. Not as intense as Amarone but with a similar approach. Great with hard cheese or roasted red meat.”

About this wine

Gran Passione Veneto Rosso captures the spirit of Veneto's winemaking heritage — full-bodied, expressive, and irresistibly smooth. Deep ruby in colour, this wine opens with ripe black cherry and plum aromas, layered with notes of vanilla and sweet spice from gentle oak ageing.

On the palate, it's plush and generous, with soft tannins and a long, warming finish that makes it perfect for hearty dishes or a quiet night in. A modern Italian classic that's easy to fall in love with from the first sip.

About the producer

Founded in Verona in 1925, Pasqua Vigneti e Cantine is one of Italy’s most celebrated family-owned wineries. Four generations of the Pasqua family have shaped a distinctive Veneto style — expressive, fruit-forward wines rooted in the region’s great appellations: Amarone, Valpolicella and Soave. Today the estate spans 250 hectares and exports to over 60 countries, with a growing reputation for innovative rosé and natural wine projects.
