Crafted by one of the region's leading specialist producers of Picpoul, situated close to the Mediterranean, the vineyards benefit from cooling sea breezes that help preserve the wine's naturally vibrant acidity and refreshing character.

Bright and lively in the glass, it offers flavours of lemon, green apple and a subtle saline edge, making it wonderfully clean and invigorating. This is a classic seafood wine — perfect with oysters, grilled fish or light summer dishes, and equally enjoyable as a refreshing aperitif.

About the producer

Cave des Costieres de Pomerols is a leading wine cooperative located at Pomerols on the shores of the Bassin de Thau lagoon in the Languedoc. The cooperative is one of the foremost producers of Picpoul de Pinet, the crisp, maritime white wine that pairs perfectly with the local oysters and seafood. Their Rocs Blancs cuvée captures the salinity, citrus freshness and distinctive mineral character of this increasingly celebrated Languedoc appellation.
