A Refined Rioja with Time on Its Side

Crafted by Marqués de Riscal, Arienzo Rioja Gran Reserva 2012 is a beautifully mature expression of Tempranillo-led Rioja, shaped by long ageing and meticulous winemaking. Produced only in outstanding vintages, it reflects the classic balance and elegance for which the estate is renowned.

Extended ageing in American oak followed by long bottle maturation brings depth and harmony, with layers of dried red berries, sweet spice, tobacco and subtle cedar. On the palate it is smooth and composed, with refined tannins, savoury complexity and a long, graceful finish. A distinguished Rioja ideal for special occasions, thoughtful gifting, or enjoying now at its peak.

About the producer

Founded in 1858 and recognised as one of the oldest and most prestigious estates in Rioja, Marqués de Riscal commands nearly 600 hectares of vineyards across La Rioja, Rueda and Castilla y León.
