MOM God Save The Gin – British Craft Gin

MOM God Save The Gin

£27.99

A contemporary London dry with a striking deep ruby hue. The nose opens with a basket of red berries — cranberry, raspberry and blackberry — alongside juniper and lemon peel. On the palate, red fruit sweetness is balanced by classic juniper and coriander spice, with a clean, smooth finish. A modern tribute to British gin-making tradition, crafted with Spanish house expertise.

Why we chose it

“The bottle is louder than the gin, which I mean kindly: it's soft and berry-led rather than austere. Good for anyone who finds London Dry too sharp.”

About this wine

MOM God Save The Gin is a tribute to the British spirit, crafted in the workshop of González Byass. This London dry gin is produced using four distillations and combines British heritage with a contemporary twist in its striking black and red design. On the nose, fresh juniper is complemented by bright citrus and delicate floral notes; the palate is smooth and velvety with a harmonious blend of botanicals including sweet raspberries, red currants and soft juniper.

Perfect with premium tonic and a garnish of lime or orange, or as a versatile base for cocktails including a refreshing Gin Fizz or classic Martini.

About the producer

Founded in 1835 by Manuel María González in Jerez de la Frontera, González Byass is one of Spain's most celebrated wine and spirit producers. The house is best known for Tío Pepe, the world's most famous Fino Sherry — a perfectly dry, delicate, and refreshing wine aged under flor yeast that has become the benchmark expression of the style. Now in the sixth generation of the González family, the bodega remains privately owned and a proud guardian of Jerez's magnificent fortified wine heritage.
