About this wine
La Gatta is a delightful Moscato d'Asti from Vite Colte, gently sparkling, softly sweet and wonderfully light at 5% alcohol. Fresh aromas of white flowers, elderflower and ripe grape rise from the glass, followed by a lively, delicate fizz that dances across the palate. Notes of blossom and sweet Muscat fruit carry through to a clean, refreshing finish. It is the perfect choice when you want something sweet that still feels light and uplifting.
Vite Colte brings together growers across Piedmont, working to shared standards with careful, sustainable vineyard management. The wine is fermented slowly at low temperatures in stainless steel, which preserves its beautiful aromatics and keeps the alcohol naturally low. Serve it well chilled with fruit desserts, cream cakes and patisserie, or try it with a classic Piedmontese hazelnut semifreddo or pear gratin.
