About this wine

Westcott Vineyards Chardonnay is an elegant expression from a small family producer in the unique cool-climate of Niagara, Canada. Founded by Grant Westcott and Carolyn Hurst and made by winemaker Arthur Harder since 2012, it presents a beautiful golden hue with vibrant aromas of ripe pear, green apple, vanilla and toasted oak, with baked apple, spice and pineapple on the luscious, mouth-filling palate. The finish is long and refreshing.

Versatile and crowd-pleasing, it pairs beautifully with roasted chicken, creamy pasta, seafood, rich cheeses and charcuterie, a wine that rewards both seasoned Chardonnay lovers and those discovering this classic varietal for the first time.

About the producer

Westcott Vineyards is a boutique estate in Jordan, Ontario's Niagara Peninsula, housed in a lovingly restored 200-year-old Mennonite barn on the Twenty Mile Bench sub-appellation. Specialising in hand-crafted Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and traditional-method sparkling wines, Westcott produces wines of cool-climate elegance and finesse — wild-fermented and aged in French oak to preserve the natural character of their estate fruit. The Estate Chardonnay has won international recognition as one of Canada's finest white wines.
