This remarkable Albariño delivers an intense straw-yellow hue with dazzling brilliance. On the nose, savour the interplay of fresh citrus, ripe white peach, and an unmistakable saline minerality. The palate is bold yet elegant, offering vibrant acidity, a fleshy texture, and a distinctive salty finish. Its six months of underwater ageing enhances freshness and prevents oxidation, resulting in a wine with exceptional ageing potential and unforgettable character.

Serve chilled at 8–10°C to fully appreciate its coastal charm. This Albariño is perfect alongside a platter of shellfish, grilled octopus, or creamy seafood risotto. Its rich body and bright acidity also make it a showstopper with savoury vegetarian dishes.

Artisan Craftsmanship

Attis Mar Albariño is a tribute to the traditions of Rías Baixas winemaking. The grapes are hand-harvested from 50-year-old vines trained on traditional pergolas, rooted in granitic Entisoles with sandy-clay composition. Facing the Atlantic’s western winds, parts of the vineyard are managed organically, adding a layer of purity and care to the process.
