City Borders Cinder Toffee Rum invites you to indulge in a sweet, nostalgic experience with every sip. Crafted in collaboration with the legendary New Bristol Brewery, it draws inspiration from their iconic Cinder Toffee Stout. Intense toffee greets the nose, followed by a palate of golden caramel, burnt sugar, and buttery toffee, rounded with subtle vanilla, spice, and a long, satisfying rum finish. The velvety mouthfeel lingers, leaving behind an impression of pure indulgence.

Like their White and Spiced Rums, this is a British rum made entirely from scratch. Sugar cane molasses is fermented with select yeast strains and distilled in a 150L copper pot still before careful blending. Bottled at 42% ABV, each bottle features a cork etched with the New Bristol Brewery logo, making it both a work of art and a delicious spirit. Ethically sourced cinder toffee enhances its distinctive sweetness and character.

About the producer

A sustainable craft distillery in the village of Bitton between Bristol and Bath, founded in early 2020. Chew Valley uses certified organic neutral grain spirit and sustainably sourced botanicals with Cheddar spring water to produce a range of gins crafted with genuine environmental responsibility.
