Why we chose it“Bulgarian Sauvignon Blanc blended with Dimyat, the local white grape — an interesting and unusual combination that works well. Crisp, aromatic and good value.”

About this wine
FRIENDSIPs Winery is a Bulgarian wine project from the Thracian Valley celebrating the country's ancient wine-growing heritage and the indigenous Dimyat grape. Dimyat is one of Bulgaria's oldest white varieties — aromatic, naturally high in acidity, and capable of producing wines of vivid freshness — here blended with Sauvignon Blanc to create a white of international appeal and local distinctiveness.
The wine is bone dry and aromatic, with gooseberry, lime zest, green apple and a hint of floral freshness from the Dimyat. The palate is crisp, clean and lively, finishing with a bright, herbaceous note characteristic of the blend. An excellent everyday white for shellfish, grilled fish, light salads and fresh cheeses.
