Joseph Mellot's Pouilly-Fumé Le Tronsec is a textbook expression of the Loire Valley's most prestigious Sauvignon Blanc appellation. Drawn from vines planted in the region's distinctive silex and limestone soils, it offers an intensely aromatic nose of grapefruit, white currant and freshly cut herbs, underscored by a signature smoky, flinty minerality that gives Pouilly-Fumé its name.
Crisp and focused on the palate, with razor-sharp acidity and a clean, elongated finish, this is a wine of real precision and character.
