About this wine
Malbec Potager du Sud celebrates the original homeland of this much-loved grape. While Malbec is famed worldwide as Argentina's flagship variety, it first found acclaim in the south west of France, where it was locally known as Côt. Named after the traditional kitchen gardens of the region, this expressive red offers both heritage and character in every glass.
Full of aromas of blackberry and mulberry, with subtle hints of green pepper, it is full flavoured and well structured on the palate. Juicy black fruits are supported by fine, soft tannins, creating a smooth and satisfying finish. A superb choice with roast meats, hearty casseroles or rustic French dishes.
