Crafted at the Somerset Cider Brandy Company's historic Burrow Hill distillery, this 3 Year Old expression showcases the transformation of local cider apples into a spirit of remarkable depth. Matured in oak barrels, it reveals soft notes of baked apple, spice, and gentle vanilla, with a smooth, warming finish.

About the producer

Julian Temperley bought Burrow Hill at Kingsbury Episcopi in 1969, and spent twenty years fighting for the licence that let him distil — granted in 1989, reviving a Somerset craft that had all but vanished. Cider apples from the surrounding orchards are pressed, fermented and distilled on the farm, then aged in oak. The Slow Food movement recognised the work in 2003.
