The Waddesdon Rothschild Collection Vermentino is a crisp, modern white wine produced in the Pays d'Oc and selected by the wine team at Waddesdon Manor as part of their Rothschild Collection house wines. The range was created to offer excellent varietal expression and value, following extensive blind tastings.
Tasting Notes
- Colour: Pale straw with green highlights.
- Aroma: Fresh citrus, white peach, ripe pear and subtle Mediterranean herbs.
- Palate: Bright and refreshing, with flavours of lemon zest, grapefruit, green apple and a gentle saline minerality. Dry, clean and lively with a crisp finish.
