Celebrate with a truly special treat: the Cortese Vanedda Bianco. This limited-edition wine is a delightful blend of Catarratto and Grillo grapes, crafted with meticulous care at Azienda Agricola Cortese in southern Sicily.
From hand-picking the berries in the vineyard to traditional skin contact for maximum flavour, every step in the production of this wine is done with passion. It ferments in old oak barrels and rests on its lees for seven months, followed by an additional six months in the cellar to perfect its character.
