Caiaffa Lampyris Nero di Troia is produced in the Puglia region from the sun-soaked vineyards of the area, reflecting the intensity of the local terroir from this ancient variety. Rich blackberry, black cherry and plum aromas unfold alongside hints of spice, herbs and a touch of liquorice. Structured with firm tannins and vibrant acidity, it leads to a long, persistent finish that beautifully balances fruit and complexity.

Ideal with grilled meats, roasted lamb or mature cheeses. Serve at 16 to 18°C to showcase its full depth and character.
